“What had started with small exhaust work, stereo jobs and window tinting in my parent’s garage, Zelich Customs was on its way to more than I had ever thought it would be. After moving around the States for a while, I had begun using Zelich Customs for various, miscellaneous jobs, waiting for the moment to really invest. In 2014, I purchased my first home with 60 acres and a 7500 sq. foot building to start the shop. A lot of work and a few years later, I knew it was time to make this public and open up in town.
Fast forward 5 years to early 2019 and Zelich Customs has moved into a new, improved shop located downtown at 2213 E. Main Street, Merrill, WI 54452. Stop in and check us out. Max Zelich is a Merrill native who has always had a knack for automotive work. In 2016, Max opened Zelich Customs LLC and he and his team have been performing quality work since.
When not in the shop, Max stays busy overlooking his other businesses, building his new house, and being a father of two. “It seems like every time I finish one big project, another takes its place. I’m not complaining though! Having a full plate helps ensure you don’t go hungry.”
In his free time, Max enjoys spending time with his wife Brianna Zelich, his daughter Everli, and his son Chance. Being a true Wisconsinite, Max also spends his fair share of time out in the woods hunting, fishing, and cheers for the Packers every game day.

Yes, we do everything!
WHAT AXLE DO I NEED FOR A SAS 4 LINK KIT?
Any ford axle, years depending on configuration.
DOES THE FORD AXLE CHANGE MY BOLT PATTERN?
On the old axles no, but on the 05+ axles, it goes to 8×170 pattern.
WHAT AXLE DO I NEED FOR AN SAS LEAF SPRING KIT?
Essentially, leaf springs, front bracket kit, shackles, axle, and shacks.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY SUSPENSION PRODUCTS?
For anything not stocked, 2-4 weeks.
